Ultrasonic Micro Level Atomization Spraying Coating Machine
Description

Ultrasonic micron level atomizing spray machine transforms liquid (solvent or water-based and nano/particle containing suspension) into uniform micron level droplets for precision spraying. It is widely used in photoelectric display films, electronic component coating, medical spray, functional coatings, sensors, nano material deposition and other fields.

Operating Principle
  • Ultrasonic transducers (piezoelectric ceramics) generate mechanical vibrations under high-frequency (usually tens to hundreds of kilohertz) electrical oscillation driving
  • Vibration transfers to the working surface to form a stable liquid film and generate capillary waves, producing droplets at the wave peaks
  • Droplet size is affected by frequency, liquid surface tension, viscosity, and supply method
  • Unlike pneumatic spraying, ultrasonic atomization does not require high-pressure gas source, resulting in milder droplets and narrower particle size distribution
