Description:
RDCS is a slow closing check valve with hydraulic cushion device. The bottom of the body is equipped with hydraulic cushion device, when the pump stops, the disc will fall quickly, before full closure about 15% of the trip ,the disc will close slowly through the special device without water hammer happened. Features: .Rubber disc adopts NBR or EPDM fully encapsulated method, that can provide better sealing and corrosion protection. .Nylon lining into the disccan strengthen it and avoid fracture. .The disc is located on the upper part of the fluid after opening the valve and can reduce damage. .All cast iron parts are coated with epoxy. .Simple design, easy opening the upper bonnet to do clean, replace, and maintain work. .Complies with BS EN1074-3,BS4504, and BS EN558 distance of faces. General Applications: Usually installed at the pump outlet.
