The manufacturing process of excavator piston usually includes the following steps:

1. Material preparation: Select high-strength alloy aluminum or cast iron materials suitable for piston manufacturing. These materials generally have good thermal conductivity properties, wear resistance and mechanical strength.
2. Forging or casting: According to the size and shape requirements of the piston, the material is processed into a preliminary piston blank through a forging or casting process.
