Description For Compound Fertilizer Production Line
This production line is designed for an annual output of 100,000
tons of compound fertilizer. It features a high-capacity rotary
drum granulator, suitable for producing compound fertilizers of
high, medium, and low concentrations. The complete setup also
includes auxiliary equipment such as a batching system, pan mixer,
belt conveyor, rotary dryer, cooler, rotary screen, drum coating
machine, finished product silo, automatic packing machine, and
chain crusher. We provide full sets of equipment and integrated
solutions tailored to our customers' compound fertilizer production
needs.

Main Equipments For Compound Fertilizer Production Line
1. Materials crushing
Crushing materials into small pieces.
2. Mixing
The mixed material should be mixed completely,then get into
granulator.
3. Granulation
The drum granulator can make the materials into granules.
4. Drying
After granulating,the moisture of fertilizer is bit high,it is not
suitable for long-term storage so we need send make drying process.
5. Cooling
The cooling machine is used to cool the hot fertilizer.
6. Screening
There are some non-uniform particles,after sieved screening
machine,the small particle diameter may be screened down for twice
processing.
7. Coating
Under the particle surface is not uniform,sleek case,we need to be
coat the surface of fertilizer granules.
8. Packaging
After package,the fertilizer can be sold

The compound fertilizer production process utilizes mature

The compound fertilizer production line is primarily designed to
produce spherical particles with diameters ranging from 1–3 mm.
Featuring broad raw material adaptability and user-friendly
formulation control, the line can be used to produce high-,
medium-, and low-grade compound fertilizers.
Application For Compound Fertilizer Production Line
The rotary drum granulator line demonstrates broad raw material
adaptability, capable of processing urea, ammonium nitrate,
ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, monoammonium phosphate (MAP),
diammonium phosphate (DAP), single superphosphate (SSP), potassium
chloride, potassium sulfate, and more. Materials can be selected
based on market demand and soil testing results.
The production line can manufacture compound fertilizers, organic
fertilizers, and organic-compound blends, with nitrogen (N),
phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) content ranging from 20% to 48%.
