Working Principle

1. Feeding: Powder materials are evenly fed between two counter-rotating rollers

2. Compaction: High mechanical pressure (50-100MPa) forces particles to bond physically

3. Flake Formation: Materials emerge as continuous dense sheets

4. Crumbling: Flakes are broken into uniform granules

5. Screening: Oversized/undersized particles are recycled
