Working Principle

The machine operates on a high-speed centrifugal throwing principle. It consists of 2 or 3 polishing cylinders arranged in sequence:

Feeding: Cylindrical or irregular granules from an extruder or granulator enter the first chamber
Centrifugal Throwing: The rotating disc spins the material at high speed
Friction & Rolling: Material rolls against the cylinder wall and collisions occur, rounding off sharp edges into spheres
Multi-stage Polishing: Material automatically flows to the next disc for further smoothing
