High Efficiency Disc Granulator with 93% Granulation Rate, Three Discharge Holes, and Flexible Belt Transmission for Organic Fertilizer Production

Disc granulator is a new core patent fertilization equipment featuring advanced technology and high efficiency for organic fertilizer production.

Powder raw materials are fed from the top equipment and undergo degassing, spiral compression, and transmission to the two roll arc wall. The counter-rotating rolls bite material into slots for forced compression. After passing through the compression area, material pressure gradually decreases and natural prolapse occurs. Material then enters the vibrating screen for qualification, with qualified products sent to finished product storage or direct packaging. Undersized materials return to the raw material warehouse for secondary roller pressing. Extrusion pressure is adjustable via hydraulic system to control particle strength, and various roll surface groove forms can produce sheet, strip, olive, and flat ball shaped materials.
