Working principle

Working Processes

1). Mixing process:
Mix the required chemicals together, such as NPK, NP, ANP, DAP, MAP, CAN, SSP or chemicals ASO4 MOP SOP MAP CaCo3

2). Smashing process:
After fermentation, lumpy materials should be crushed. It is difficult to make it into pellets manually. In this way, it is necessary to use a fertilizer grinder. We recommend customers to choose a high-moisture material crusher because it can crush semi-wet materials and has high crushing efficiency.
3). Granulation process:
This is an important production process in the entire production line. According to different requirements, nutrients can be added. After the spherical particles are processed, a lot of energy can be saved. Therefore, it is particularly important to choose a suitable organic fertilizer machine. 4). Drying process:
After granulation, the granules need to be dried. The moisture content of organic fertilizer is reduced to 10%-40%. Rotary tumble dryer is a kind of equipment to reduce particle moisture, which is feasible for the production of organic fertilizer.
5). Cooling process:
In order to ensure quality, the dried particles should be cooled with the help of a drum cooler.
6). Screening process:

7). Packaging process:
