Working principle of granulator machine

Stirring tooth granulator use high speed rotating mechanical stirring force and aerodynamic force caused by this .It makes fine powdery material in the machine reach continuously mixing ,granulating globurizing ,compact process. And reach the purpose of granulation .The shape is ball .with ≥0.7spherical degree .Diameter is about 0.3-3mm. With ≥98% granulating rate . The size of diameter of granule can be adjusted according to material blend and spindle speed .In general ,The lower the blend is ,The higher the revolving speed is,And the smaller the granule .
