Working Principle of compound fertilizer granulator

1.Disc Prewatering Pelletizer is before the raw material enters into the disc pelletizer, add the amount of water (usually between 11-15% of the dry powder in the blender ) which join into the blender by spray form , then stir and permeate sufficiently, make the raw material particle is uniformly attached to the water, and stick to each other into pellets nuclear as part of 1-2mm diameter. The ball nuclear and wet raw material powder enter into the disc pelletizer and scrolling,then can form a mass of ball. Due to the ball wall and fine powder is moist, the mass ball and powder material scrolling in the disc pelletizer is easy adhesion and then the ball diameter fast growth. When the ball diameter grows to a certain size is out of the area ino a ball,stay in the area with a little scrolling then can be acquired.
