KMC 770 Digital Auto Car Paint Thickness Meter Product Introduction The KMC 770 Digital Paint Thickness Meter is a versatile
non-destructive testing tool designed to measure coating thickness
on metal surfaces. Ideal for automotive inspection, manufacturing,
and quality control, this meter accurately measures non-conductive
coatings on ferrous (iron, nickel, cobalt) and non-ferrous
(aluminum, copper) metals, such as paint, galvanized layers, and
plastic films. Product Features Dual-Substrate Detection: Ruby-tipped probe automatically identifies ferrous (Fe) and
non-ferrous (NFe) substrates for seamless switching. Measurement range: 0–2000μm with ±(2.5% + 1μm) accuracy. High-Speed Testing: 2 measurements/second for efficient batch testing in production
lines or vehicle inspections. Environmental Adaptability: Operates in -10–50°C with stable readings, resistant to temperature
