KGD - WQ - 510 Motor Vehicle Brake Emission Testing System
Product Introduction
The KGD - WQ - 510 Motor Vehicle Brake Emission Testing System is a
comprehensive solution specifically designed for the standardized
testing of motor vehicle brake particle emissions. It is composed
of an air duct control system, a particle sampling system, a
particle number analysis system, an inertial brake dynamometer, and
a main control system. The main test items include PM2.5, PM10,
SPN, and TPN, which can meet the certification test requirements of
the Euro 7 emission standard and related research and development
test needs..
Product Features
- The system is designed and optimized using advanced computational
fluid dynamics simulation technology to reduce particle loss and
improve the mixing degree at sampling points.
- The inner wall of the dilution air duct is electropolished to
reduce particle loss and improve the measurement repeatability.
- The testing system and core components have been verified through
years of practical applications, featuring excellent reliability in
the testing installation and measurement process.
- Advanced CPC (Condensation Particle Counter) technology is used for
particle counting, ensuring first - class measurement accuracy and
stability.
