On - line Gas Analysis System KGD - MQ - 504 for Industrial Safety Product Introduction The KGD - MQ - 504 on - line gas analysis system is designed for
specific working conditions where the sample gas contains dust,
moisture, and tar. It consists of three parts: a pretreatment unit,
a control unit, and a gas analysis unit. Based on the non -
dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analysis technology with independent
intellectual property rights, it can simultaneously and
continuously measure the calorific value of coal gas and biogas on
- line, as well as the volume concentrations of gases such as CO,
CO₂, CH₄, H₂, O₂, and CₙHₘ, and calculate the calorific value. This
is beneficial for improving the utilization efficiency of coal gas,
saving energy and reducing consumption, and ensuring the safety of
industrial sites. Product Features - Pretreatment Unit: Long service life and stable performance.
Straight - tube or steam sampling probes can be selected according
to different tar contents to effectively remove tar from the sample
gas. A single - stage refrigerator is configured to remove moisture
from the sample gas, and two - stage filtration is achieved to
ensure long - term on - line operation of the instrument.
- Control Unit: Fully automated detection with simple operation. It
is controlled by a PLC program and can automatically complete
operations such as changing water in the water scrubber, sampling,
and troubleshooting.
- Gas Analysis Unit: Simultaneously measures gas volume concentration

on - line gas analysis and detection. It can simultaneously measure
the volume concentrations of multi - component gases such as CO,

calorific value of coal gas and biogas, replacing the combustion -
type calorific value meter.
