Product Description:The KS3ARG-03D series is a solid-state angular rate sensor (gyro)
designed for measuring angular rates. It incorporates
micromechanoelectronic system (MEMS) technology chips manufactured
through a bipolar metal oxide semiconductor (BIMOS) production
process, coupled with a spherical grid arrangement of current
carrier welding technology. Featuring high reliability and rugged
packaging, along with a Self-Test function for in-machine detection
(BIT), this sensor also includes zero bias calibration, temperature
drift compensation, a wide measurement range, wide bandwidth,
non-linear correction, and various other functionalities. Its
attributes encompass a wide operating temperature range, small
size, light weight, and high resistance to impact acceleration. Functioning as a vital inertial measurement component, this product
exhibits widespread applicability across various technical domains,
including intelligent automobiles, geological exploration,
