KVS100 Series Vibrating Fork Liquid / Solid Level Switch
Introduction KVS100 series tuning fork level switch is a new type of level switch. It is
designed and manufactured using the principle of tuning fork
vibration. It is the base of the induction rod of the tuning fork
level switch. The tuning fork is driven by the piezoelectric wafer,
and the vibration signal is received by another piezoelectric
wafer, so that the vibration signal can be circulated and the
induction rod resonates. When the material contacts the sensor bar,
the vibration signal gradually becomes smaller, and the control
circuit outputs an electrical acceptance signal until the resonance
stops. Due to the natural principle that the sensitivity of the sensing rod gradually decreases from the front end to the rear seat, no error signal will be generated when the material in the tank and the barrel are stacked upwards, touching the base of the sensing rod (rear) or discharging. The tuning fork generates mechanical vibrations under the excitation of a piezoelectric crystal, and the vibration has a certain frequency and amplitude. When the tuning fork is submerged by liquid or solid, the vibration frequency and amplitude of the tuning fork will change. This frequency change is detected by the electronic circuit and outputs a switching signal. Principle The KVS100 series vibration fork type/level switch uses a
piezoelectric component to generate a vibration wave. When the
measured medium contacts the fork body,the frequency of the
amplitude of the tuning fork is changed, and the change isdetected
by the intelligent control circuit and converted into a
corresponding output signal. Such as: (Realy.NPN.PNP) Features
