KCS571 Infrared CO2 Gas Sensor Module
1. Brief IntroductionSW711 is a gas sensor based on the principle of NDIR infrared absorption, suitable for testing the gas concentration of various heteronuclear molecules in industrial applications. SW711 adopts a patented optical cavity, imported light source and dual-channel detector to achieve dual optical path reference compensation in space. SW711 has good selectivity, no oxygen dependence and long life. The SW711 has UART, 4 to 20mA outputs, 485 outputs, etc., and provides customers with a manually calibrated MCDL pin. It is convenient for customers to use outdoor free-flowing clean air to calibrate the sensor module relative to zero. SW711 adopts diffusion ventilation method, and the response time is less than 30 seconds. The SW711 is available in a variety of packages that can be customized to meet customer needs. There are three common packages: package one, package two (six pins 4-20mA), package three (seven pins 485 interface), of which package two and package three are the same size.

1 In environments with EMC issues, shielded cables must be used. 2 When the module is cold started, the warm-up time should not be less than 2 minutes. 3 The sensor should be calibrated regularly, not more than 3 months is recommended. 4 Do not use the sensor for a long time in a dusty environment. 5 Please pay attention to the wiring of the positive and negative terminals of the power supply and the signal output terminals. Do not connect backwards. 6 High concentrations of chemical contamination can lead to the destruction of the sensor polymer layer, therefore, the product should be stored and used away from the source of chemical contamination. 7 Please refer to the relevant national product installation standards for the installation process.
