6.Maintenance6.1 Use and MaintenanceThe regular electrode needs to be cleaned and calibrated periodically, and the maintenance cycle is decided by the customer according to his own working condition. Conventional electrode cleaning method: with a soft brush to remove the attachment (care to avoid scratching the electrode surface) , and then clean with distilled water, after the calibration operation. Cleaning method of inductive electrode: Inductive electrode is basically maintenance-free; the shell of pollution or mild scaling does not affect its normal work. If cleaning, with a soft brush or sandpaper to remove the attachment, and then use distilled water cleaning, after the calibration operation. Because inductance type electrode often works in easy to scale up or dirty environment, cleaning can be appropriate to increase the force. A minor scratch on the electrode surface does not affect the normal operation of the electrode, but to avoid penetrating the electrode shell. 6.2 Calibrationa) Zero Calibration Rinse the sensor with distilled water and drain the liquid with filter paper. The sensor is connected to the power supply and placed vertically in the air for about 3 minutes. After the numerical value is stable, zero calibration is carried out. The calibration instructions are detailed in the appendix. b) slope calibration Place the electrode vertically in the standard solution (20% full range) and note that the slope of the electrode is calibrated at least 2 cm from the bottom and side walls of the container.
