Making Machine:
MG Automatic tile adhesive machine is developed based on the semi-auto dry mortar plant, increases the raw material
storage system, automatic weighing system and premix tank, that no
need manual weighing, and improves the efficiency. Depending on the
configuration, capacity at 10-35T/H, with an annual output of
30-100,000 tons per year. Occupation area: 60-100m² , Height: 8-13
m, Worker required: 3-5 person.
Main configuration of MG tile adhesive machine:
Electric control cabinet; Cement silo, Weighing system; Feeding
hopper; Impulse dust collector; Bucket elevator; Premix tank; Twin shaft agravic mixer; Finished product holding tank; Automatic

Packaging Equipment:
The production line is equipped with impeller type or air-floating

reduce dust and improve the working environment; the air supply
system is an air compressor with a displacement of not less than
0.6m³ / min and a matching air storage tank.
PLC control system:
The dry mortar plant building material machinery we equip PLC
control system, it can store about 10 different formulas, customer
can select the formula before production, then press the start
button, the dry mortar plant can work automatically. The PLC touch
screen can show the working process of the material and make sure
customer know the plant is in which working stage.
