5 . Comparsion of the output (LDPE)
Pressure is generated if resin passes over the barrier, forcing any
air in the melted resin back to the feed side and effectively
preventing the intrusion of air bubbles on the sub flight side.
This is highly effective with resins that generate bubbles such as
PS, PA, PET and EVOH.

Bimetallic Treatment of Screw
The bimetallic screw for extruder twin screw is a kind of screw
spray welding a 2~3mm-thick alloy coat on the screw flight of
output area for the screw . The Bimetallic treatment has excellent
corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and high working
temperature. And its useful service life is greatly improved
contrast to the common nitrided screw.
