First of all, we can give you options for every point of polishing process, seems like 6 levels of polishing range from grinding to 100% mirror finishing. Also,we will guide you for how to use right consumables and polishing process to achieve a profitable cost and get right polished finishing as you need. In conclusion 6 levels of polishing process as below:

• Grinding finish, use 60#-80# grit abrasive belt or flap wheels.
• Brushed finish, use 120#-180# grit abrasive belt or flap wheels.
• Sanitary finish,use 180#-240# grit abrasive belt or flap wheels.
• Buffed finish,use 240#-320# grit abrasive belt or flap wheels, then use sisal wheel.
• Glossy finish, use 400#-600# grit abrasive belt or flap wheels, sisal wheel ,common cloth wheel
• Mirror finish, use 600#-800# grit abrasive belt,then use sisal wheel,hard cloth wheel,finally,last step use cotton wheels to get 100% 8K mirror finishing.
