The plasma surgery system generates plasma with 100kHz radiofrequency electrical energy at the tip of the electrode in an excitation medium (saline solution), utilizing the kinetic energy of a large number of fast-moving charged particles within the plasma to disrupt the molecular bonding of target tissue cells. This rapidly breaks down biological macromolecules such as proteins into molecular fragments and atoms, thereby enabling real-time, highly efficient tissue resection, ablation, coagulation and hemostasis at low temperatures (40-70°C).
