Automatic Woven Farbic Double Folding & Sewing Machine equipped PLC program control system

Usage:

The automatic woven farbic double folding & sewing machine allows the automatic of selvedge sewing operation of woven fabrics before dying.

Since lycra is increasingly being used in textile industry, a process of heat fixing of the farbic is required before dying, for this reason the raw tubular fabric has to be slit open ,heat fixed and then sewn into tubular form again to the dyed.

F   Features:

1. Control system is controlled by PLC program.
2. Equipped with centering machine, can accurately correct the farbic at center of the machine, and ensureing a smooth cloth turn and uncurl the fabrics in a smooth way.
3. Equipped 2 sets cloth guider to control the edges of fabrics and made precise alignment.
4. Stitching margin can be adjusted freely.
5. Sewing edge distance can be adjusted according to demand.
6. Using continuous high-speed since embellish suture needle, nail edge distance can be adjusted in accordance with customer’s requirements.
