This machine is widely used in various kinds of brocade cotton tension polyester and other sensitive and easy scratching materials, the replacement of stitching yarn is easy and quick.

1. Control system based on PLC program controller and touch screen control,easy to operate.

2. Equipped with centering machine,can accurately correct the fabric at center of the machine, and ensuring a smooth cloth turn and unfurl the fabrics in a smooth way.

3. Equipped 2stes cloth guide to control the edges of fabrics and made precise alignment.

4. Stitching margin can be adjusted freely.

5. Using fixed needle-point margin,edge distance can be adjusted according to customer needs, and added miss-sistching detector automatically detects when missing stitch ,the system will stop accordingly, after confirming the missing stitch can now be compensation.

6. Stitching machine moves along with farbic at same speed, thus increase the stitching speed.

7. Stitching distance:66cm-120cm can be freely adjusted.
