crosslinking or radiation crosslinking) connecting linear
High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) molecules. This crosslinking
process imparts several advantageous properties to IXPE: Excellent Physical Properties: It demonstrates high wear
resistance, water resistance, and chemical resistance, as well as
good electrical insulation. Robust Mechanical Performance: It has noteworthy tensile strength,
compressive strength, and resilience. Closed-Cell Structure: Its closed-cell structure provides effective
thermal insulation, sound insulation, waterproofing, and moisture
resistance. Lightweight: IXPE is relatively lightweight compared to other foam
materials. Environmentally Friendly: It is recyclable and meets eco-friendly
requirements. Good Processability: It is easy to cut, mold, and adhere, suitable
for various manufacturing processes.
IXPE finds extensive applications in areas such as thermal
