Product Paramenters Products Description What is pe foam?XPE ( crosslinked polyethylene foam) a chemical crosslinked polyethylene
foam, with low density polyethylene resin and a crosslinking agent
and foaming agent through continuous foaming and high temperature,
XPE is chemically stable, difficult to decompose, odorless and
flexible. IXPE (Irradiation cross-linked polyethylene) foam is based on low density polyethylene as raw material, change to independent obturator meshed bubble structure by using electronic irradiation.It can be compounded with aluminum film, aluminum foil, PE filmor other materials. Useage 1. Soft car interior IXPE foam has the characteristics of light weight, moisture-proof, sound-proof, heat insulation and so on.It is mainly used for interior decoration, seat cushion, foot cushion, truck sleeping cushion and other cushioning materials and instrument insulation materials. 2. Green buildings PE foam has the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, low water absorption, good waterproof and sound insulation performance, etc. It can be used as the sound insulation, shock absorption, heat insulation and anti-seepage material for the roof, wall, foundation, etc.Using polythene foam as the floor lining can greatly reduce the sound transmission between the upper and lower floors of multi-storey buildings.It is soft, aging resistant and impermeable.
