Ixpe Cross Linked PE Foam Polyolefin Foam Sheet Polyethylene Foam Packaging Material

Electronic cross-linked polyethylene foam also named Physical crosslinked polyethyele foam, Irradiation crosslinked polyethylene foam.Common abbreviations IXPE foam, IXLPE foam.It is made of low-density polyethylene (LDPE), AC foaming agent and other powders after being melted, mixed and extruded, and then foamed at high temperature. IXPE has finer cells, smoother surface and better mechanical properties than XPE.
Production process: compounding-extrusion-irradiation-foaming.
Note: IXPE foam can be made anti-static (we will talk about anti-static IXPE later), but XPE cannot (theoretically it is possible, but our company does not currently produce).

A: All of our products and material are ECO-friendly,non-toxic, and odorless material can be customized.

2) Are the material in your company fit for children?
A: Yes, we have non-toxic ,odorless ,grade A material that suitable for children’s products, and can even meet food grade

3) Can you custom-made as requested?
A: Actually ,all the products made in my factory by far are customized, my factory also offer OEM and ODM service.

4) Can you offer free samples?
A: Yes,we can offer free samples of small sizes (such as A4), but the shipping costs is for the client.

5) What's the delivery time?

A: It takes usually 7-15 days for normal orders.
