1. Application
This high speed machines mainly used for stranding copper wire,aluminum wire, steel wire,ACSR and wire rope.Accompanied with taping head,it can used for insulation cores and some control cable stranding process,and steel wire armouring .The machine adopts programmable controller and touch screen to command and coordinate the electrical working state of the whole machine each part. Process parameters can be displayed, set and modified on the touch screen. Variable frequency speed regulation device is used to control the starting and running speed of AC motor. The electric control system has advanced technology, convenient operation and reliable operation.

2. Main features

2.1 The broken wire alarm signal is transmitted by pulse, and the broken wire stop rate is 100%.

2.2 Cabinet type touch screen operation desk, which is convenient for operation and beautiful in form.

2.3 Rectangular square tube is used as the reinforcement of the main strander to avoid the jitter of the single plate.

2.4 The new belt type tensioner adopts high wear-resistant friction block, which makes the adjustment more convenient and the service life longer

2.5 The cable and air path inside the machine are hidden in the base square tube to avoid damage and disorder.
