1. Usage

It is used for back twisting stranding of steel core aluminum wires , aluminum alloy wires , copper / aluminum wires ,insulated wires and control cables . It also can be used for steel wire armoring.

1. High rigid, high speed and low inertia high speed and low inertia.

2. Using a full set of servo control, touch screen direct digital set cutter distance.

3. Use planetary gear mechanism to realize backtwist , the backtwist -gear connects with cradle through key spline shaft,so the transmission is steady.

4. The tension of payoff is controlled by mechanical friction, and the tension can be adjusted.

5. Each stranding cage adopts pneumatic butterfly type brake, so the brake is very flexible and reliable.
