1. Application

The Laying up Machine is used for cabling the multi core ( 3-7 ), rubber cables, plastic power cables, telephone cables,control cables, PVC cables, XLPE cables with or without steel armouring, mining cables, low and medium low voltage power cables.

2. Features

2.1 Laying-up Machine is designed with 3 / 1+3 / 1+1+3 / 3+3 Bobbin Cage.
2.2 Bobbin: 800 mm, 1000 mm, 1250 mm, 1600 mm DIN 46391 Standard / Modified.
2.3 Core laying up machine, main shaft is supported with roller bearings.
2.4 Converter control all the AC motors in the line: chief motor, pay-off motors, take-up motors, traversing motors, driven motors,taping motors and rotatory take-up. Stable function, less defects, easy maintenance.
2.5 Pitch can be set, changed and displayed on touch panels, and also the laying (to right or left),point moving and fast moving can be set on touch panel.

2.6 Touch panel with PLC and PROFIRBUS busbar, which realize a well-organized on-and-off, operation and cyclical synchronization of the different motors. DANFOSS converter controls all the AC motors. Advance electrical control, easy operating, and reliable operation

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.

Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.

Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
