1. Application This machine is widely used in a variety of multi-core contral cable into a cable and armored. The cross-section of the wire core 1.5~6mm². Advanced practicality and performance of the machine, beautiful appearance, easy operation, maintenance and repair, is the choice for small and medium-sized cable factory equipment.
2. Characteristics 2.1 All Cages, Pre-Spiraling Heads, Taping Head, Capstan & Takeup are separately driven. 2.2 All bobbins can be loaded/unloaded simultaneously by automatic loading equipment, thereby reducing loading/unloading time to Max. 30 minutes. 2.3 In Power failure situation, the machine comes to a controlled stop by emergency braking system, enabling the bobbin is held by spring pressure with a secondary positive lock. The release of bobbin is by externally plugged pneumatic compressed Air.
