Planetary Wire Cable Making Machine CLY 1000/1250/1600 Eco-Friendly
1. Usage
The cage stranding machine is used for stranding Cu Al wire, ACSR
and insulated wires with back-twist. When it’s equipped with wire
armoring head, the planetary stranding machine can also produce
steel wire armoring layer or Cu-screening layer cables.
2. Main Characters
2.1. Back-twist method: Sun & planetary gear mechanism.
2.2. The non-axle thimble twisting cage is equipped with mechanism
friction tension control.
2.3.The drive shaft connects all the parts of the machine together to
maintain a stable stranding pitch, and frequency synchronization
can also be selected to control the machine.
2.4. The machine is widely used, and manipulated conveniently with
low-noise.
3. Configuration
Pay-off, mainframes of 6-reel section, 12-reelbsection, 18-reel
section, 24-reel and 30-reel, die holder, tape lapper, armor unit,
haul-off, take-off, driven system and electrical system.

7. Our factory and introduction
Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in
2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of
Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional
manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in
North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers,
Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development
of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great
improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can
develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to
be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have
independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB
Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type
Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., LTD., covers an area
of 10,000 square meters, production workshop of 8,000 square
meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R&D staff. With an annual output of more than 10 million US dollars, the
company has developed into one of the most important strander
manufacturers in China.
