1. Usage
The machine is used for stranding Cu, Al wire, ACSR and insulated wires with back-twist. It also can steel-armoring or Cu-screening cables.

2. Main Characters
2.1. Back-twist method: Sun & planetary gear mechanism.

2.2. The non-axle thimble twisting cage is equipped with mechanism friction tension control.
2.3. The transmission shafts link all the machine parts together to keep stable stranding pitch, which can also be chosen frequency synchronization to control the machine.                              
2.4. The machine is widely used, and manipulated conveniently with low-noise.

3. Configuration
Pay-off, mainframes of 6-reel, 12-reel , 18-reel section, 24-reel and 30-reel, die holder, tape lapper, armor unit, haul-off, take-off, driven system and electrical system.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in Hejian Economic Development Zone, Hebei Province, and is the largest professional manufacturer of stranding machines and laying-up machines in North China.
