How we control the quality,
The first important thing is the sample. We have a special team to confirm all the details with the customer.
The second important thing is to accurately convey the customer's requirements to the quality controller ( they are including worker, material purchaser, enginner and QC,
We have a great QC team, which is responsible for the inspection of the production process. Find problems and solve them.
They are working in factories and watching the production to make sure all products are manufactured correctly upon our customers' requirements.
They stay there every day when production is ongoing.
Finally, communication is very important. Every department will feed back the problems found to other departments or customer and solve them.
Quality is not checked out, but guaranteed by detail control.
