99.9% Fuel Grade Fuel Ethanol Plant , Ethanol Purification Plant

Ethanol is a renewable energy and a clean fuel with high octane. But the highest concentration of industrial ethanol produced by fermentation is only 95% after distillation which can not be directly filled into gasoline as vehicle fuel.

TCWY provides Ethanol Dehydration Plant based on Pressure Swing Adsorption Technology with lowest energy consumption to process the water-containing ethanol to fuel grade ethanol.

The 95% water-containing ethanol is pressurized, vaporized and overheated, then enters into the adsorber where the water is removed through molecular sieve adsorption and finally obtain 99.5%~99.9% fuel ethanol.
