1. Test object: stator of AC motor
2. Test items and specification: 2.1 Station: dual station 2.2 Clamping mode: test clamps, standard equipped with 8 clamps for one station 2.3 Test items: AC Hipot, Insulation resistance, Surge, Winding resistance, Rotation
3. Features description: 3.1 Intelligent: the system can connect to the internet via Ethernet interface to interact data and share resources, so as to meet the requirements of IOT. 3.2 Module: independent test module to achieve parallel or serial test 3.3 High compatibility: support to testing windings over 10 uH. Closed loop feedback of the surge test makes the test result more accurate. 3.4 Easy-to-maintain: support self-inspection, remote control inspection, and software upgrading. Easy to dismantle or replace the hardware board card. 3.5 High efficiency: AC Hipot, Insulation resistance, Surge, Winding resistance, Rotation can be tested at one stop automatically. 5. Testing Methods: 5.1 Set the test sequence and parameters range as to the stator parameters and establish a new model for this type of stator (The model of one stator type needs to be established only for the first time). 5.2 Put the tested stator on the test bench and clamp it 5.3 Sliding cover to start the test and the “in-test” indication light is on. 5.4 All the items will be tested in sequence. The operator is not allowed to touch the stator during the test. 5.5 Pass or fail signal will be triggered after completing the test. 5.6 Take out the tested stator and continue to test next one from step 2.
