Rod end of steel and zinc coated , with male or female thread , spherical surface with bronze liner, inner ring of carbon chromium steel , spherical surface with chromium plating, can be lubricated via a nipple or a hole in the rod end , It has characteristics of large load capability , easy mounting and dismounting and mechanism simplification .

Manufactured in either stainless steel or low carbon steel, our rod ends are suitable for use in a wide variety of applications – Construction, industrial, agricultural machinery, trucks and buses,  medical, race cars, lawn and garden, and more.

【 Application 】

Generally it is suitable for pendulum motion (angular motion) with low speed. Widely used in the industry of engineering hydraulic oil cylinder, metal forming machine, engineering machinery, automation equipment, auto damper, Water Conservancy Machine and so on.

【 Features 】

1. Bearings with a stretching rod, stretching with right or left-hand male thread.

2. To plate zinc on the surface of rod body, the housing with a lubricartion hole or a grease nipple.

3. Rod ends permissible operating temperature, are available on - 30 °C to + 80 °C temperature range of use, and keep the right to bear ability.
