The detail description of filter medium

For reducing resistance of filter media, except the special technology for laying the fiber , we also choose different diameter fiber to process, let’s the fabric can be graded structure, on the fabric surface ,there is super fine fiber, to increase the fabric filtration precision ,anti-acid and alkali ,and en-length the life of fabric. In the actual application , the efficiency as same as membrane coating fabric , but resistance is more lower.

Nonwoven fabric cross section choose graded structure , fiber diameter from thin to thick, there are 4 layers, surface super fine fiber layer--super fine fiber---scrim—thick fiber layer. The fiber more thin, the ventilation channel more compact.
