Scope of application:

Suitable for the determination of plastic combustion performance test with hot rod.

Meet the standard:

Consistent with GB/T 2407-2008: determination of combustion characteristics of plastic hard plastic samples with hot rod contact and ISO/T 2407:1981 test standard.

Main parameters:

The test chamber volume: 1 m з. Material: for baking paint (or stainless steel), with ventilation and observation window.

Fixture: an upright bracket mounted on a sliding pedestal can be tested for different lengths of specimens.

Ignition source: hot rod with metal contact, 8mm in diameter and 100mm in length; Heated to 955 ℃ + 15 ℃; Insulation bracket: using asbestos, two fixed hot rod to ensure that the hot rod can be separated from sample when necessary.

Balancer: a force of about 003N applied to the contact of the hot rod and the test sample.

Sample screw: the hot rod can be kept in contact with the test sample until the sample is burned at about 5mm.

Positioning bar: 8mm in diameter and 150mm in length. Replace the hot rod to adjust the sample position.

The apparatus for testing hot rod temperature is stopwatch.
