l  Brief introduction

These series packagers adopt hot air circulating shrinkage, mainly for shrinking such containers as bottles, jars and cups etc. It can shrink label on the body as well as the cap of bottles. It can be used for foodstuff, beverage, pharmacy, cosmetics and pesticide industries.

Servo driven  Synchronous Belt

The servo is used as the synchronous belt to convey the power, so that the output power is more intelligent, and the linkage matching with the sleeve servo motor and the automatic origin reset function are realized, and the mold and synchronous belt are designed with imported mold opening blocks, so as to ensure the dimensional unity between each mold and the sleeve.

Servo Tracking Type Label Sleeve System

The mechanism includes 3 sets of servo drive systems, and the first set of standard delivery power adopts servo obedience to ensure the fixed length accuracy of the standard delivery. The second set of rotary cutters adopts servo drive, which can realize high-speed precise start-stop and overload protection functions. The third set is the tracking function that matches the same speed with the mold timing belt.

The servo Clamping type Chain conveyor‘s power adopts servo, which is mainly to realize triple synchronization with the sleeve mechanism and the mold synchronous belt, and the equipment automatically finds the origin. So that commissioning is no longer limited to mechanical fit.

The shrinking furnace is made of imported 304 stainless steel welding, and the temperature of each area can be adjusted separately, so as to adapt to the shrinkage of various labels such as transparent, copywriting, and barcodes

Label Feeding System

The feeding mechanism is assembled and manufactured with high-strength aluminum alloy, and the horizontal and longitudinal label winding design is adopted, which can adapt to a variety of labels and realize the sharing of positive and negative wearing labels.
