Product description:

This adhesive is a synthetic rubber-based hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive specifically developed for ultra-thin elastics/spandex (<240Dtex) in disposable diaper products.

This product features excellent creeping resistance, good anti-ageing performance, colorless and odorless. The product is smooth after application, with a soft touch. The creep rate is around zero within 4 hours at 40°C.

Ultra-thin elastics/spandex (<240Dtex) in disposable diaper products.

Physical Properties:

• Odor level: 1.3 (Rated by Jaour's odor panel, which consists of 20 technical engineers)

• Softening point: 97.4℃ (ring and ball method)
• Viscosity curve: (viscosity unit: cps, temperature unit: ℃)

• Tg point: around 10 ℃
• Application temp: 140℃ to 160℃

Performance:

• Creep resistance: almost 0% creeping in 40℃ for 4hrs
