It is a polyolefin hot melt adhesive specialized for the packaging of high-speed production of film-coated carton box. The product features low viscosity, high softening point, and very short open time. These features are suitable for packaging in high-speed production lines. And the formula of this hot melt adhesive is especially compatible with the packaging of  film-coated carton boxes.

Physical properties:

• Odor level: 1.5 (Rated by Jaour's odor panel, which consists of 20 technical engineers)

• Softening point: 120℃ (ring and ball method)
• Viscosity curve: (viscosity unit: cps, temperature unit: ℃)

• Open time:

       Less than 5s at 100℃

       Less than 30s at 150℃

• Performance

Paper tear appears after bonding on production line, which shows a robust binding on carton boxes.
