High Peel Hot Melt PSA Adhesive Die Cuttability For Logistics Labels

DESCRIPTION
The JaourTak ® 2028Y is a synthetic rubber based hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive specifically developed for label applications where good permanent adhesion is required. The product is featured high tack and peel, good wetting to substrates, good anti-aging performance and die-cuttability.

SUGGESTED USES
Logistics labels, or other pressure sensitive applications that high tack and peel, and low temperature resistance are required.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES

OPERATING GUIDES
The material can be applied by slot or roll coating applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 150 – 180 °C for both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.
FDA STATUS
The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.

PACKAGE
6.25kg or 1kg block wrapped with siliconized release paper, 25kg/box.
