Odor test:

The odor assessment team will participate in this odor level test as below and the requirements for the odor assessment group:

1) Odor assessment group should be more than 15 people,all people do not have cosmetics and smokers and all people’s noses are sensitive.

2) Preparation of test samples:

a. Put 50gsm adhesive sample into a clean 100 ml beaker and seal it with aluminum foil;

b. Put the beaker in the oven at 160 ℃ for 1 hour, take it out and odor test was completed within 90 seconds;

c. The members of the odor assessment group judge the odor level of the adhesive samples;

The final odor level is determined according to all assessment group members (the level determined by two thirds of the total person number). In order to better distinguish the differences between different adhesives, we will also calculate the average value to distinguish the subtle odor differences between the two hot melts.
