DESCRIPTION

The JaourTak® 2071M is a synthetic rubber based hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive specifically developed for high performance product assembly applications where good tack and adhesion are required, such as waterproofing roll materials for construction. The product is featured light color, high tack and peel and holding power, and good flexibility under low temperature.

SUGGESTED USES

Waterproofing rolled goods for construction assembly, or other pressure sensitive adhesive applications that high tack and peel, light color, and flexibility are required.

OPERATING GUIDES

The material can be applied by slot or roll coating applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 150 – 1800C
for both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.

FDA STATUS

The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.

PACKAGE

6.25kg or 1kg block wrapped with siliconized release paper, 25kg/box. Please consult the sales representative for special requirements.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

The material can be stored indoor for 12 months, from the date of manufacture, in its original packages under dry and clean conditions at ambient temperature below 350C and above 50C. Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.

OPERATING PRECAUTIONS

Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination. The material is applied hot. Appropriate personal protective clothing and eye protection are strongly recommended to prevent burns. Adequate ventilation is suggested to remove any vapors or fumes generated. Rotate stocks and using the oldest stock first.
