DESCRIPTION

The JaourMelt ® 3522 is a synthetic rubber based hot melt adhesive specifically developed for construction
applications of nonwoven disposables.

The product is low odor and light color. It is with good machinability and provides good penetration and wettability to various substrates, high green tack and bond strength.

OPERATING GUIDES

The material can be applied by all types of spray and slot applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 130 –
160 ℃ for both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
The intact packing material can be stored indoor for 24 months, from the date of manufacture, in its original
packages under dry and clean conditions at ambient temperature below 35 ℃and above 5 ℃.
Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.

OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination.
The material is applied hot. Appropriate personal protective clothing and eye protection are strongly
recommended to prevent burns.
Adequate ventilation is suggested to remove any vapors or fumes generated.
Rotate stocks and using the oldest stock first.
