The new planetary gearbox is more compact with a larger reduction ratio, resulting in higher torque transmission efficiency and smoother operation. Thanks to this feature, no additional components like damping points are required to absorb shock. In turn, this leads to its lower failure rate and daily maintenance cost reduction. Additionally, the unconsolidated layer does not easily jam, thus increasing the hole formation rate. Imported rotary seals with good sealing performance and a longer lifespan enhance the functionality of the drilling rig. Its polymer liner is wear-resistant and requires no lubrication, thus making it more convenient to use. The rig also features a manganese steel guide rail that enhances its firm frame, making it wear-free and durable.
