Field use precautions
1. The on-site use conditions should meet the requirements of the instrument's technical parameters. Correctly select the instrument range, the measured pressure can not exceed the measurement upper and lower limits of the instrument, and there should be sufficient overpressure safety margin.
2. The temperature of the measured medium shall not exceed the working temperature range of the instrument. When using in the places of corrosion and vibration, the seal and vibration resistance of the instrument shall also be ensured.
3. The instrument is installed vertically and directly. It can be directly installed on the pressure interface of the pipeline under test. During the installation, the “closed pressure” between the connection thread of the instrument and the valve in front of the watch can be avoided (observe the value and pay attention to the pressure response time). If the pressure is formed, it should be eliminated in time, otherwise it will cause damage to the measuring element and leakage of the medium.
