Quality Control
The quality control system consists of the following steps:
1. Inspection and Control of incoming raw materials quality
According to the chemical content, raw materials are classified into different levels to ensure quality of brick first.
2. Inspection and control of the process
During the production, materials are mixing and molding in strict according to the specifications.
3. Inspection and control finished products
The finished products will be tested for physical and chemical properties by our most advanced test facilities, weighed and measured.
4. Quality audit by quality management.
Before delivery, the inspectors will inspect products again in factory.
5. Qualified and controled by professional and experienced technical personnel
Regular quality audit carried out ensures product quality within required norms.
Our factory has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
