Description

Brynick’s anti-collapse pallet rack backing system is the strongest on the market and is a durable barrier against accidents caused by goods falling from or being wrongly knocked off pallet racks. Meets or exceeds OSHA and ANSI specifications which have very strict requirements validate the safety of products and services in order to protect humans against hazards. Anti-collapse pallet rack backing is used to protect staff in automated warehouses and to secure crane walkways in high-bay storage areas for unauthorized access. The system is made from fully welded mesh 11 gauge or 3mm wire welded into 2 inch x 2 inch mesh or 50mm x 50mm mesh, and whole mesh welded onto steel tube frames 19 cm x 19 cm x 1mm, which absorb impacts. The panels are available in eight sizes with different levels of protection. Pallet rack backing panels are easy to mount using our 11 gauge extra strong stand-off brackets in 3mm thick that fit the majority of pallet racks, size vary from 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm. Easy to install, the pre-drilled mesh panels are simply bolted together by M8 x 60mm and secured to the uprights using a range of universal stand-off brackets. To achieve an optimum fit panels both horizontally and vertically, can be cut to size and finished with a U- profile to enclose exposed wires. Should the RG anti-collapse system be required to be installed above the racking, various sized extension mesh panels can be bolted to create additional height.

Mesh Panels

The mesh panel is the basis of the anti-collapse pallet rack backing system. The panels have a very durable construction with a welded frame and mesh. There are eight different mesh sizes available in order to suit different types of goods in your stock. The Brynick anti-collapse system can be combined with many sizes of pallet rack. Choose between panels from 700 to 1500 mm wide, with a height of either 1100 or 2200 mm. The standard grey color is neutral and makes it easy to see through the mesh, and also mesh panels can be supplied in the color on your choice or galvanized.

Application

To create a physical barrier attach to the back or side of pallet rack to prevent products from dropping.

You can easily adapt the anti-collapse pallet rack backing system to your warehousing system. Mesh panel is mounted using brackets that fit the majority of pallet racks. Accessories including fixings and fasteners complete the system. The range of accessories also includes cut sections for adjusting the panels in places where the standard measurements are not completely perfect with a U profile 19 gauge 7/8 inch x 7/8 inch to cover on the cut section to avoid the sharp point which make the site assembly work much easier.
