Technical Parameters:
1. Plywood roof covering material size: 1,300(W) × 1,000(D) × 120(H); 2. Stainless steel fan-shaped adjusting plate size: 1,440(L) x 940(H) mm; 3. The size of the non-combustible board assembly is: 330(W) x 2,130(D) x 584(H) mm; 4. The air flow rate of the test bench panel is: 19±8 km/h (5.5m/sec), and is equipped with anemometer monitoring; 5. The size of the air duct is: 2,130(W) x 762(H) x 3,000(L) mm, the material is made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant; 6. Fan: 220V, 50HZ, three-phase electricity, equipped with reverse system, can automatically adjust the wind speed; 7. Flow rate: 300m3/min; 8. Gas burner: used for intermittent fire, flame propagation and flying fire tests, 1.12m long, 60.3mm in diameter, with a 12.7mm (width)*0.91m (length) slit on the side facing the test board ; 9. The gas burner can provide 22,000Btu/min (387kWh), and can control the gas flow rate according to the three combustion levels of A, B and C, and the high-precision gas control valve; 10. A thermocouple is installed at the top 58.7mm of the burner, and the testable temperature is 888±28℃; 11. Ignition system: automatic ignition system to ensure the safety performance of the test, 12. Ignition electrode high voltage: 1.8kVp mass flow controller according to different standards; 13. Power supply voltage: 220v-60hz
Equipment installation and training: Equipment transportation and installation are all completed by the manufacturer, and the user needs to provide power, air, water, and equipment installation sites. The ground of the installation site must be level. The site area is required to be 20 meters long. The width is 8.5 meters, the height is 5 meters, and an exhaust device is required at the top, and the air volume is 50000m3/h. After the equipment is installed, professional engineers will provide training on operation, safety, maintenance and other matters to the users. Until the user fully grasps the use of the equipment.
